About
I am a bioarchaeologist who specializes in the chemical analysis (stable isotope analysis) of human remains to determine diet and migration. I also have research interests in mortuary archaeology, fetal, infant and juvenile osteology, growth and development and paleopathology. I am a member of both the Dakhleh Oasis Project, and the Dayr al-Barsha expedition, both in Egypt. I have recently expanded my isotopic research and am now involved in the analysis of faunal remains from the Liang Bau cave in Flores, and also am developing projects with the University of Vilnius in Lithuania.
